Under New Management!! - 20 Team SalCap has open GM spots - (VHL)
Due to the poor leadership of the prior commish and our migration to a paid league, we have several GM openings. We have installed a knowledgeable & dedicated set of commishes who will lead with transparency and fairness. We ask for active & responsive GMs in return.
The key points:
This is a 20 team sal cap league. 73 mill cap.
No franchise players or funky stuff. Managed on Fantrax. No proboards or complications.
Head to Head Cats. Standard cats.
22 Rostered players and 25 Minor Leaguers.
We are replacing 12 GMs as we move up from a free league to a paid league (and remove install new commish team).
The $4.50 USD fee will be your portion of the Fantrax fees. No additional prize money. You will pay thru Fantrax.
Teams have been fully drafted by the prior GMs.
We will recruit new GMs. We will hold a lottery for the new GMs so they can pick from the available teams.
You pick from the available teams based on the lottery result. You get all the players the previous GM drafted.
You will be offered ample time to review the available teams and select the one of your choice
The team that got the last selection of a team via the lottery, will then be offered unlimited Free Agent moves for 1 day. Then we roll to the team that got the next to last selection of team, for him/her to have 1 day of unlimited FA moves.
Current year draft class are excluded from this FA process.
The original GMs will not participate in the above process.
Once all teams are finalized for the new GMs, we will hold a 3 round entry level draft for the entire league.
All fees are due before any GM makes a single move and before the lottery is executed.
Active Dobber members will be provided preference in joining this league.
We will be merciless on dormant, non-contributing GMs. They will be warned, then replaced.
