St. Louis Blues - I LIKE!!!

I got to say, I know they\'re short on D and are way young and need a miracle with their goaltending but I really like the looks of the Blues forwards right now.

Stempniak,Mcdonald,Boyes
Kariya,Berglund,Perron
Backes,Tkachuk,Oshie

Long shot at the playoffs? Real HUGE long shot? :blush:

after Detroit, that division is WIDE open.

Blues and Jackets both have a ton of young talent up front, questionable defenses with some additions, but the Jackets have an edge in net.

Preds have a great defense and bad forwards.

Chicago is another team that could go either way.

That division should be a lot of fun to watch in the coming years! I hope Oshie has a good year, I loved watching him at UND.

did you watch Parise there as well?

Only little highlights after he was drafted. I didn\'t get into college hockey really until maybe 3 years ago, when I think he was a rookie in NJ. UND has an excellent program though and usually pushes out a couple solid NHLer\'s.

Looks like Big Lee Stempniak is meshing well with his new linemates, and more importantly is showing the enthusiasm he had the year before last but not really last year. Hope it sticks!
