I'm still able to edit mine as well.
I have Spurgeon in mine as a cheap D option (He's a bit of a hunch on my part). Alzner is the other one I have in. He has a point or two so far and has been moving the puck well.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
To expand on the above. Had to pay a little more ($18) for my hunch on Spurgeon, and cheeped out on Raffl ($12) as a bit of a dice roll to make everything else work the way I wanted it to.

I missed the weekend chatter... but let's talk today's games.
1. WAS @ PHI.
Hard to pick any Flyers in this game the way they've been playing. But I might. Have to revisit this.
The reason is... everybody and their grandma will be picking Capitals (-150). Do I want to be in a 90% pick-group if only the top 10% make the next round. Flyers may only have a 30% shot to win the game - but if they did, and I picked them, it'd be damn close assurance to move on.
2. DAL @ MIN.
See Flyers, Philadelphia. How do I bring myself to pick any Wild??? Dallas is the safer, odds-favourite pick (-130)... but not overwhelmingly, by the odds-makers.
3. LA @ SJ.
This is probably the 50-50 match. Yes, the Sharks (-125) have been playing well... but LA storms back when down.
Hmmm.... gonna have to think on this all day.
WAS & DAL seem like the consensus picks.
Anyone have the player list with the prices?
Lineup for Monday:

Decided on my line-up.
First - whether it's a good one... or a bad one... you have to have a FULL-GAME strategy to win these limited-winner pools.
Decide what will happen - and hope to nail it.
To move on from this stage, you need to be top 10%.
You can go with the WAS or DAL route... but it means you are "in with the masses" and you better absolutely NAIL your peripheral picks.
I don't feel like missing the cut just because 20% of the total crowd made same picks as me and perhaps they pick Burakovsky (1G) where I pick J.Williams (0G)... that would stink.
So, studying game-by-game analysis.
1. WAS @ PHI. I don't really care who wins... but I'm going to decide that PHI scores 3+ goals. This means I don't touch Holtby and I go hard on PHI skaters. I believe 90% of the entrants won't touch PHI skaters... so I'll go with the <10% that do... because that's all that will advance: 10%.
2. DAL @ MIN. I don't believe Minnesota can outscore Dallas in a shoot-out. I do believe they can prepare to line-match them and try to eke out a low-scoring game.
I'm going to pick BOTH goalies here as a hedge for at least 1 win in what I hope is a very low-scoring match with no offense.
This also means that I don't touch any skaters, even though Charlie Coyle and Jason Zucker seems like a good value at $12.
3. SJ @ LA. To me, this is a 50-50 game regardless of SJ being up 2-0. I think somebody is lying if they think they know what shakes out here.
I don't want to be with the 50% of entrants that pick LA guys.
I don't want to be with the 50% of entrants that might pick SJ guys.
So I'm going to pick none of them... except for Brayden McNabb who got 3+min of PPTOI last game and is the only $12 defenseman not named Matt Dumba (see #2) that is getting decent PP time.
The line-up:
G1 Lehtonen (DAL) $33
G2 Dubnyk (MIN) $29 (*cheapest starting goalie option).
C1 Giroux (PHI) $23
C2 B.Schenn (PHI) $19
W1 Simmonds (PHI) $27
W2 Voracek (PHI) $21
W3 R.White (PHI) $12
D1 Gostisbehere (PHI) $24
D2 McNabb (LA) $12
The PHI stack + MIN/DAL bore-fest.
That's the plan.
If the PHI guns can put up 3+ goals.... and the MIN/DAL game is low-scoring... I'm in.
75% probably it doesn't happen.
But in the 25% probability it does happen... I'm into the final round... and that's what I'm playing for here... the overall odds.
i went complete opposite approach of Peng, loading up on WAS/DAL. Gotta hope I pick the best combo!
Backstrom
Chimera
Oshie
Niskanen
Holtby
Benn
Eakin
Lehtonen
Streit
My other team (wife's team) - DAL/SJ stack.
G M.Jones (SJ) & Lehtonen (DAL)
C Pavelski (SJ) & Eakin (DAL)
W Ja.Benn (DAL), Ward (SJ), Wingels (SJ)
D Klingberg (DAL), McNabb (LA* reqd 3rd team player)
Happy with my lineup at the moment:

Points-only, Full Keeper Dynasty League
Active roster (no starts, just total points): 12 FW, 6 D, 1 Goalie

My team sucked, just as I suspected (finished about midpack). DFS is not for me and this just further confirmed it.
But anyway, good luck to the guys here that did make it through.
