Keeper Strategy - 22 Keepers / 44 Players
Hi everyone,
Looking for some Keeper Strategy here. I'm in a league with a 44 player roster size, 11 of those are on the Farm team. We will be choosing 22 keepers. My question is, how strongly do you value keeping players in the farm system versus rookies and roster-able players? At what point would you let a "promising" rookie go in order to keep a decent roster player?
For example, Scherbak or Fiala are currrently in my farm system - both are projected to be excellent players. Do you keep them versus dropping someone like Cody Eakin or Sean Couturier, both of whom are still young and improving players.
How do you value current production and projectinos versus prospect / rookie rankings and projections?
