Hey guys, please rate the team in my sig. We are 10 GMs and our rosters are set at the begining of each week

you are better off having Byfuglein as a starter D than Barker. Barker will be 2nd pairing and will be lucky to get near 30 points. On the other hand Byfuglein will be either a 3rd line forward/2nd pairing D or at best could find his way into the top 6 forwards.

I think you have too much faith in Sergei Kostitsyn, He is right now a possible 2nd liner, that has 40-60 point expectations for this year. Knuble is a waste unless you plan of using him. He is old and will be a 50 point guy this year, but that is a ceiling, i would rather gamble on youth.

You have a solid farm team.

Thanks for the reply. I\'ll address a few things

I know that I\'ve got a few vets, but I can only keep 10-15 players, so with that in mind, I drafted vets in the later rounds when I had secured my potential keepers. Vets such as Koivu, Knuble, Victor Kozlov. Who can still put up 50 points. (these guys were grabbed in rounds 22-23-24. I\'d say I got good value for them.

As for Kostitsyn, I drafted him as a 50-60 point player this year. I believe I got him in the 18th round, so IMO I have him pegged at a good spot.

As for Barker, he\'ll ride the pine until someone gets hurt, there are no waiver pick ups in the league, so I drafted a few backup players incase. Byfuglien will get time on D on my team, so no worries there.

I\'m surprized you didn\'t comment on Lats, he was my last pick. I\'ve seen him working on his skating this summer, and with the weight he\'s lost, he\'s actually looking real good, playing on a 3rd offensive line will boost his point totals (already great points per ice-time). I\'m hoping he\'ll breakout.

Hey Jay,
Byfuglien is listed as a LW in our league and from what I have heard he may abandon D altogether, but if he does get his D status then thats a great pick.
Beyond that I think you made out pretty well. Your centers and defence are your strengths.

I picked him up incase he gets D status, if not, he\'s a good injury replacement IMO.
