Couple Trade Options - REP

For the second team in my sig, I have a couple of trade offers on the block that I would like some help with!

Skinner for Zacha

Giroux, Palat, Skinner for Shattenkirk, Sharp, Namestnikov, Jaskin, 2016 4th

I'm tempted to move Skinner for a top prospect in Zacha, but don't think I'm getting enough for what I'm sending out in the second trade.
My team:

C: Seguin, Giroux, Zibanejad, Backlund
LW: Palat, Skinner, Pouliot, Helm
RW: Perry, Jagr, Stone, Lindholm
D: Klingberg, C Miller, Beaulieu, Pouliot, Liles, Gunnarsson
G: Anderson, Gibson

IR: Nugent-Hopkins

In my league where we roster 20 and use the actual NHL cap, Skinner has spent time on the waiver wire so I imagine his value is low in similar leagues and moving him for a top prospect is a good move.

Too many question marks in the 2nd trade for me. I'd just keep Giroux.

I don't like the second trade. I think Giroux is worth more than all those pieces.

First offer is intriguing. I don't have much faith in Skinner, so getting a top prospect for him seems like a win to me.

I like #1. Skinner has a handful of big games each season but disappears for the other 70 or so.

The other one has too many variables to feel good about losing a piece like Giroux.

First trade I would consider. Not much risk there. Chance for a great upside.

Second trade does not leave a good taste in my mouth. I would not move Giroux that easily.
