Nichushkin is must-own when he's on the Benn/Seguin line, but he's waiver wire fodder when he's on any other line. Unfortunately, that's where he is right now, so rostering him is debatable in this league.
If you don't need to activate Ennis right away, I'd keep him on IR. There's not a huge difference between any of these guys in my opinion.
