Default Kopitar Saad + vs Turris Strome ++

Keeper Pool. Points Only. In contention to win.

    My Kopitar, Saad, Weber, Rask

    For

His Turris, Strome, Giordano, Muzzin, Andersen

Not a big fan of downgrading Rask to Andersen but could be a good time to buy low on him. This is possibly my last year in the pool so if it helps me win this year I want to do it.

    Thoughts please?

I'm not really sold that this move will help you all that much.

Kopitar and Turris will produce about the same (65ish), with an edge to Turris (perhaps 70).

Saad and Strome will produce about the same (55ish).

Giordano and Weber will produce about the same (50ish).

Andersen will win about as many games as Rask (32-34 wins).

So the gain here is Muzzin, who is definitely an upgrade over Campbell (by perhaps 10 points). Muzzin would be your fourth if you only play 4D, for example. I think it's mostly splitting hairs, but I would say the advantage goes to the Turris side based on pure upside. Turris has a legit shot to produce more than Kopitar going forward. I still believe Strome can break out this year in Brooklyn (he's right back with JT tonight); and I still believe the Ducks will make it (or almost make it) to the playoffs (and Andersen will benefit from that run).

Any particular reason you are dropping though? Not fun? Other managers giving you problems? Stress? Tired of winning year after year? lol

Pool is 15 years running. Won many times. We're probably folding and re-drafting to create a buzz again. So not looking at future just trying to win.

15 years wow. I know a guy in my town has a goal league thats been running 25 years. The league Im in is 8 years. At first I hoped for a redraft but all the money ive invested so far would be a total waste lol
