Second league in sig. I just acquired Backstrom so I have too many only C eligible players for my liking. Is this an overpayment just to rid myself of a C? Muzzin can be pretty boss in this league set up. There's also Brassard...

i say pull the trigger, with hits/blks/sog muzzin can be a solid contributor in the 40 pt/150+hit/100+blk/150+ sog range.
Thornton is assist heavy and wont contribute to the other categories, couple that with how you said you have too many C's and i say take the deal.
having 5 d and 3 c in a start 4d/2c leagueis much better then 4d and 4c

I personally like Thornton and Lee more than Muzzin (and Brassard more than Thornton). But they're not too far off from Muzzin's value in a setup like that I guess. I agree with the other guys, get a pick if you can. Something's gotta sweeten that deal.

Agree you should snag a pick for Thornton / Muzzin deal too.
But now that the GM changed the deal, I say no unless you go back to the other deal.
