I will defer to other posters on this one, as I haven't paid much attention to either of these players. What I can tell you is that it looks like a lateral move, at best, after looking at their numbers.
Been offered a straight up offer of Brandon Saad for Anders Lee. I would be getting Saad. Thoughts?

This is a tough one. If you had asked me before the season started, I would have said Saad all day. I actually drafted him, thinking that he would do great things this year with Johansen and Foligno. He still might, and CBJ could still turn it around. But their start goes without saying. Saad put up some great PPP in the first few games, but has been radio silence since.
In terms of their situations, here is what it breaks down to:
- Saad has been bouncing between line1 and line2. He seems pretty much entrenched on PP1 though. All his points on the season are on the PP. Great for leagues that count PPP, but looks like yours doesn't? By season's end he should put up numbers that are at least as good as what he put up last year in CHI, but I was hoping he would do more this year given that he has more responsibility.
- Lee seems to be mainly be on the third line this year, which will limit his overall offense. He has been on PP1 though, and NYI's PP is really good. He can probably do some decent damage there. Lee will give you more over Saad in peripheral categories like HITS, especially. Neither guy really blocks at all.
At the end of the day, I think I'd take Saad. Both are probably going to be negative on the year. Both don't really block. Where Lee gives you HITS, Saad will probably make up for it in points. Saad has a slight edge in shots. It also looks like you have Johansen already? So that may be a positive as well, getting a linemate pairing.

I think I'd take Saad. I think Lee's points are too dependent on what line he plays on

I'll defer to others as well but Lee is not listed on the team in your signature. Is he missing or is this for another team?12 team Keep 3 H2H League (rosters set weekly with 3 minimum goalie starts)

I saadlee (sorrynotsorry) have both players in a pts-only league.
Not happy to see the line-bouncing..hope to see some stability in that regards as soon as possible. invested relatively high picks in them.
