Who to target?

Blount, Crowell or Doug Martin in a 0.5PPR league?

Looking to trade either James Jones, Davante Adams or Vincent Jackson for one of those RB to strengthen my RB.

I'd throw in one of my RB too since I would need to drop one so the options for the RB package from me would be Joique Bell, David Johnson or Ronnie Hillman.

Not a lot to like there. Blount is not a pass catching back and the in a carousel offense. The other two have very weak offenses and in Martin's case, probably the worst O-line in football. If you giving up Adams, Jones or Jackson, you should be able to get a better quality back than the list you have here.

His other RB are DeAngelo Williams and Le'veon Bell

If you are going to have to throw in or drop Bell or Hillman, you should just keep those guys. No guarantee they are much worse than Blount or Crowell or Martin (at least not worth the WR downgrade). In two weeks Hillman or Johnson or Gurley could be the lead back in their offences and you will wish you had the WR depth back.
