I need to drop 5. Who you dropping?
Ok, for the league in my sig, we keep 20 of 25 players so I need to drop five for re-drafting. Goalies tend to be valued a bit differently (they lose a point for every loss) so I will put their actual points from last year. MSL is an easy drop for obvious reasons so really, I need four more names to drop.
From last years stats, here's how our goalies ended up for fantasy points for the whole year.

Jaroslav Halak -38- 17- 6- 71
Tuukka Rask - 34- 21- 3- 53
Cory Schneider- 26- 31- 5- 31
Our league basically goes month to month during the season. At the end of each month, the team who's top 20 players has the most points wins the month (and money). There's also a 2nd and 3rd place each month as well that pays out. My team won the most money last year.
So who are my other four drops? I have an idea of who I am looking at but curious to hear varying opinions that may help or hurt my thoughts. Feel free to offer a brief explanations as to why you think you'd drop them if you want as well.

Filppula - will be the odd man out now
Eriksson - yes he's playing for a new deal, but Boston will struggle to score and he probably won't even tally 50 points when all is said and done
Killorn - I like him but we can't be fooled by what we saw in the playoffs, as he too will be a victim of too many bodies ahead of him in the Tampa depth chart
Schneider - losses make him brutal to own with your settings

Schneider - those settings make him a liability
Eriksson - I'd be surprised if he cracks 50. Chances are Bergeron will lead that team in scoring with around 55.
Wilson - I just don't think he's anything special. Another 40 point season this year I'd say.
Filppula or Killorn - one of these guys will be skating with Stammer. That's the one I keep. My gut says Stammer plays C and Killorn gets on his wing, with Filppula as 3C. Hopefully you can wait it out a little to see how it shakes out?

Cory Schneider (that L = -1 really hurts)
Gallagher may come as a shock, but he's a 47pt man who put a lot of pucks on net last year.
I sort of doubt he can repeat that shot total and I sort of feel like MON might not score as much this year.
Hayes isn't yet, IMO, a top 6 player for NYR.
Colin Wilson had a break-out year with 40-something points, but he's not that great.
I know Loui Eriksson seems old, but he's still a top option for BOS with departures.
The center situation for BOS hasn't changed... Bergeron & Krejci are still two very decent pivots.
Bad year, but he scored 47pts.
I want to see you keep Filppula & Killorn, becuase that line with Stamkos in the playoffs was just very, very good... and I can see it continuing into this year.
I can see all of Eriksson, Filppula, and Killorn breaking 50pts.
I can't see Gallagher or C.Wilson or K.Hayes breaking 50pts.
I suppose that's my reasoning.
As these are fringe-keepers, I see no reason to keep youth over veterans.

Thanks for the replies so far. I've repped you all. I do have some time as we have until the 28th before we need to submit our drops. I am just starting to get the gears going and looking for validation for my choices.

NJ will lose quite a bit, this hurts Schneids in your format a great deal. I think the others are no-brainers. Ericksson, blah - does not do enough. Hayes has potential but to me not enough shown to keep him over the other options. Filpulla is crippled with all the other offensive talent in TB. St. Louis as you stated for the obvious reasons.

Schenieder - I would rather have a backup on a great team than a starter on a team that will lose and get you -1 points regularly.
Filpulla - I see him sliding into a bottom 6 role this year.
Ericksson - Gone are the days of him being a star in Dallas
Hayes - because everyone else is worth keeping more than him.
