The one that really sticks out to me is Zach Bogosian for multicat leagues.
Thrust into a "senior player" role? Check.
Big upside defender who has never really put it together to date, but is still just 25? Check.
Amazing numbers for TOI, points, PIM, hits, blocks post-trade? Check.
Defender with a cannon of a shot likely to see big PP time, with significantly improved F (Kane, ROR, Eichel) on the PP? Check.
10-15 goals, 30-40 points, even plus/minus, 100 PIM, 200 SOG, 15 PPP, 200 hits, 120 blocks. Monster roto year coming for Bogo.
I agree Silfverberg is poised for a breakout. He is going into his 4th year, and at 24 is in his prime scoring years. He only got 0.6 minutes of PP time per game last year, but still managed a respectable 5.0 PP Pts/60. An injury to one of the top PP fwds (Kesler for example) should give him a nice bump in production through increased PP time. That being said Silfverberg and Kesler are used against the toughest opponents and receive a lot of defensive zone starts, not sure I see a catalyst to change that, making it tough to improve on his somewhat average 1.78 ES PTS/60.
I see his potential upside increase in PP time could get him to around 55 points. Current PP TOI/G = 0.6 minutes. If he can get a bump in PP time to 2.3 minutes (equivalent to Bergeron) then (2.3-0.6) * 77 games /60 minutes * 5 PPP/60 = 10.9 additional PP points (hopefully I didn't mess up the math). Only happens if one of the big three fwd get injured or if he can take Keslers spot on the top PP unit.
And he scored 54 points in 49 SEL games as a 21 year old, so there seems to be a track record of some offensive capability.

All my breakouts have been listed except John Klingberg. 40 points in 65 games in his rookie season. He will probably play top power play unit most of the year with benn-seguin. i i am thinking 55-60 points with 20 on pp is not a half bad assessment.

Two guys no one has mentioned who I feel could be great are Marko Dano if he slots into Chicagos top 6, based on his linemates last year and his point totals he has some talent, but again more of a gamble, and another long shot could Carl Hagelin depending where he slots in to the Ducks lineup
Others more likely to breakout besides the ones mentioned would be
J. Gibson
S. Monahan I could see him hitting 80+ points because of Calgary power play is going to be great
