Need a Fantasy Protection

I\'m coming up to that time of year again where I must submit my roster protections.
We are allowed to protect 11 players. The pool is strictly a points pool(no +/-, PIMs etc.)
When we the league starts in October, we must have 12 forwards(top 9 count) and 6 defensemen(top 4 count).

Here are the players on my squad (in the order that I would protect them):
Crosby
Heatley
Phaneuf
Gonchar
Gaborik
Jokinen
Kariya
Frolov
Bouwmeester
J. Johnson
Hemsky
Langkow
Demitra
Berard
Horcoff
Mara
Aucoin
Yashin

My big question is that I\'m having trouble figuring out who to use as my last protection (Hemsky, Langkow or Demitra).
I might go with Hemsky because he\'s the highest rated on Dobber\'s list, but if Langkow plays with Iginla the entire year he\'ll be a PPG player, and if both Gaborik and Demitra stay healthy, he\'s definitely a PPG player.
So who would you keep out of these 3 OR if there is someone else that I should take off the list please tell me????

I would keep Hemsky. he won\'t beat them this year, but he\'s the youngest and has the most upside for down the road. This year he would only lose by about 10 points to those guys...it\'s worth taking that hit in exchange for future glory

hemsky...longer shelf life as well. demitra is enticing but there are a lot of ifs here. hemsky has to stay healthy and produce. this is a big year for him, the odl \"all eyes on him\" thing. I go with hemsky and agree with the big man.
