As I patiently wait for my Boltz Kucherov, Palat a/o Callahan to light up the score board... It's this guy who is currently riding the hat trick. Wtf?
Argh!

The best part with my plug, he is scoring as well as offering the other cats most are looking for.

"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
I grabbed him last week off waivers for his PIM and FOW stats. After reading a ramblings...I think.
Probably no long term relevance in Gs/As only leagues, but if you are able to claim-then-flip him on a hot streak that's certainly worth a consideration.
Multi-cat leagues, I definitely like this kid long term. His game, his style, his all out effort makes him a very valuable depth add. At least, that's what I am hoping...
@SmittysRant
I feel like he’s like every other TBL forward. They’re all riding the depth wave and get crazy good matchups no matter what. Either it be a tired 1D, or a fresh (rusty) 5/6D. He’s a hard worker, and has excellent drive. But I think in the long haul he’s a stream level player in leagues who have hits. Or very deep leagues.
I only remember the name because they had a big article on how Montreal passed on him late in a draft and how it really upset him because he’s from the area.

I was impressed with Paquette in last year's round 1 playoff series.
Enough so that I cleared a spot on my 50-player roster in my salary/dynasty league.
Unfortunately, when TB signed Brian Boyle, I decided he had a block in his path to be a top 3 line center on TB.
But... I was impressed back then... he strikes me as a player with good hockey sense.
Kicking myself for dropping him.
I started him last night in one of my deep deep Keeper Leagues. It was a really close H2H matchup - not so close now.
Considering him as a depth option for my serious team.

Thanks all. Admittedly I ignored his inclusion in the couple articles sighted above for the same reasons of Tampa Depth. Thought we already saw enough rising stars down there in Tampa with Kucherov, Palat and the Career year that Callahan is having.
I WILL set my radar to him for my Keep All head to Head league as a plug and play or perhaps depth option. Is he worth dropping an injured Wingles for? (Not for team in sig).
Cheers.

I would keep Wingels, Havana - he's been remarkably productive when healthy.
Most poeple didn't even know Pacquette's name last week...
That said - if I can snag him, he's definitely an upgrade over Matt Read for me.
