I don't actually mind the trade if you get a McDavid or Eichel out of the 2nd rnd pick. That being said I wouldn't do this deal in particular. Looking at your team you are hurting really bad in the goalie department.
I'd consider moving one of your stars for a stud goalie rather than a package of players with lesser value.

I don't like the deal, for a top 3 skater you should get more. Your goaltending is weak, I would try to flip stamkos or ovechkin for a top tier goalie... Price, fleury, rask should be within reach for a top skater.

I started off reading the package you'd be getting back and thought "Johanssen, ok not a bad start, what else?" ... and as I made my way through the rest of the list I had to fight harder and harder to not puke in my mouth.

What would that pick be? Is that #2? Eichel?
The only reason this is even worth considering is the fact that Stamkos is going to break the bank when his deal is up -- he'll be the new big guy in the NHL I'm sure. But that's not for another year and a half, so this might be too early to be thinking along those lines too. With Crosby, Ovy and Stammer, I'm guessing you're ready to win now.
Plus, in a limited keeper, you should always look for the best player -- and this isn't getting you the best player.
That's my round-about way of saying that this isn't enough. Plus, it looks like you should be looking more for a goalie and some D than anything.
