Which 8 to keep?

It\'s time to select keepers. In our 8 team league we can keep 8 players but not more than 2 goalies.
Last year I won the league and I hope with the right keepers I\'m able to repeat it.

Iggy, Zetts, Datsyuk, Heatley, Getzlaf and Nabokov are no-brainers. Considering his point totals, I think a good case can be made for Biron too. I think the last spot stands between Parise and ... perhaps Jovanovski? Dumont and Gomez are tempting too, but I would probably go with Parise.

I take Lehtonen over Biron as I think Kari bounces back huge on his contract year and puts up 35 wins

I didn\'t peek at Sentium and Narayan\'s responses before I made my list. I concur with Parise as the 6th skater because he is on the rise and his dual eligibility might help.

Narayan hit my soft spot in Lehtonen as well, but I don\'t think I could justify keeping him over Biron for this season.

P.S. Narayan - I hope you are right about Lehtonen - I just can\'t help myself in drafts and almost always end up with him on my roster.

I have him too but its not like I could pass at #170 overall. I would still prefer biron and agree with parise.

Another vote for keeping Biron over Lehtonen, and Parise as your 6th skater. The other 6 keepers are obvious. Cheers.
