Thinking of dropping Ennis, who is undervalued in my league as he provides some SOG and BLK, and would provide scoring if Buffalo could score...

I know you won't like this but the two best players on your list in my opinion is Granlund and Tanguay. They may not hit your SOG or BLK marks but they hit the rest of your cats. Both are assist heavy but do play on the power play. Granlund will get you a good +/- too.
