I would give it one more week of regular play.
At 0-3, you are out.
At 1-2, there's still a chance.
How many teams make playoffs in your league? 6? 8?
Hey Everyone... Here's my squad... I've been projected to go dead last... 0-13 as per fantrax projections.
I'm wondering what I should do.... It's a 4 player keeper league. Should I hang onto some of my decent non-keepers until closer to playoffs? Or should I try and ship them off for draft picks now and basically tank.
I'm 0-2 so far.

With only 6... if you lose this coming week and go 0-3, you are out.
Start shipping off a guy like Floyd & Crabtree and even Jimmy Graham for great picks.
There's a lot of injured guys out there, so even if you can load up with the best guys out for a long period, you could build a great squad.
With only 4 keepers per team, there is a LOT of value in 1st & 2nd round picks.
I think you'd be looking really good if you could get somebody's 1st/2nd/3rd for Jimmy Graham... and I'd bet somebody would do it for a shot at the championship.
The key to unloading your parts is to look for a team that starts sliding BECAUSE they feel they have TE problems.
Then you'll make a killing off that trade because you fix it for them.
Anyways... check back in next week!
Wow you've just put a huge wrench in my idea/plan of getting better..
It does make a lot of sense to trade my top players for multiple picks and the following year be a better well rounded team.
I never considered taking a hit in my keeper core though. I've been told by so many other people to basically never move AP or Graham.
The owner of Calvin Johnson was considering trading him for AP..
Brains going a mile a minute here..
Thanks a lot for the help here Pengwin, I'd toss you some rep but apparently you're the only person i send rep out to and cannot at the moment... lol.

I got a GM who offered me.... Jimmy Graham for 1,2,3rd rounder this coming year & Doug Martin for 1,2nd of the following year. I'm still up In the air on giving away Graham. What do you think?
The GM sending me the picks is also sitting at 0-2 with a pretty bad team....

AP before the charges for Johnson should have been accepted in all honesty. Martin is as good as done due to injuries so get anything for him. JG for 1,2,3 rounders is alright, but I’d ask for his TE back and maybe an addition of your WR for a RB.
JG + WR for TE/RB 1st round, 2nd round, 3rd round. You get some serious talent in those rounds.

Even at 0-3 you can make the playoffs. Tough, but you gotta go on a NYG streak. I went 0-8 then 6-0 and missed the playoffs by 1 game in my division. I then won our consolation bracket, so I went 0-8 then 8-0.

Before you do something absolutely nuts, do you think all of those picks are going to give you a better chance to win on a weekly basis (even next year)? Until further notice you have a top 2 option at TE every week. You have an advantage over every other team in the league at the TE position.
Your team honestly doesn't look that bad. And if you do go 0-13, you have the 1st overall pick. Wouldn't you rather have Graham plus the 1st pick in essentially the 5th round over no Graham and a 5th, 6th and 7th round pick? Graham only moves for a godfather type deal. And that would include multiple young studs.
I heard some theory if you load up on top keepers and sell depth and picks your football team won't do bad. with 6-7 starters main (QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, Flex), if you have 4 top TOP starters you can pull 70pts from them a week. Then 8-10 from a kicker and def. So 4 keepers and def and kicker could net you 85. So put up fights for one season of 90-100 pt weeks and the next season go HAM. But thats not my thing, i like competing yr in yr out
These pts are from my league stat set up though.
