Very interesting read - especially when looking at composite rankings for the 6 writers and scouts and comparing where prospects show up in each of the lists. When looking strictly at the top 10 players from each of the lists I think the most interesting one is Kevin Fiala as one scout has him at #10, one at #44, one at #60 and three don't even have him on their list. I don't know how he will turn out but he should have every opportunity at Nashville as they are extremely weak at LW.

I've never been a big fan of Kimelman or Morreale. IMO they tend to make some picks that are designed to get reads more than anything (like Wennberg in the top 5 for Morreale, Burakovsky/Perason in teh top 10 for Kimelman) but it's cool seeing scouts rank them.
I've always had the idea that scouts lists vary much like forum members do, so this kind of shows that its true.

These things always favor the newest draft classes, but it never hurts to read a bit more on these young guns.

I like seeing Wennberg up there. I like that kid a lot and doesn't get much respect around here because most don't know much about him. I like seeing Ehlers that high as well. That kid is going to be a good one.

Same here. I can't wait to see what he can do in the NHL. Hoping he proves himself worthy of a roster spot this year.
