Drouin
Huberdeau
Barkov
Strome
Galchenyuk (injury prone imo, could be higher)
Yakupov (i'm not writing him off yet)
Scheifele
Monahan (his value will not be highest in fantasy hockey, fantastic player though and *possibly* a 70-80 player)
Lindholm
The following players will most likely be free in my draft, how would you rank them in a league with its forward/defense categories as G, A, SOG, PIM, +/-, and PPP. How would you rank them in the short run and in the long run over 10 years?
Yakupov
Galchenyuk
Huberdeau
Strome
Lindholm
Barkov
Drouin
Monahan
Scheifele
Thanks in advance.

Yah Yakupov is verrrryy interesting haha. I have been laughed at for thinking he could be good, but all my friends are huge "homers" when it comes to being a Flames fan. They will never admit an Oilers player is great haha. I also am targeting these players, I think I can get Yakupov for a steal in this draft coming up, probably 8th-9th round. Took him in the 2nd this year lol, he then sat on waivers the entire last half and no one picked him up.

Tough to say, i think it depends on how much risk youre willing to take. For example, some ppl would rather take a sure-bet second liner to round out their team in the next few years. Others would rather have a go big or bust prospect as they need a star to anchor their team.

One day I will quit fantasy hockey, today is not that day.
If I could draft them all I would, but I'd probably lose every year if I did that. Too much good talent, so hard to decide which one to take. I'm leaning towards Drouin, Galchenyuk, and Huberdeau. Each one has something that I worry about though. I'm worried that Drouin might spend another season developing outside of the NHL though and my league doesn't have a farm roster. Galchenyuk seems to get injured too often. Lastly Huberdeau seemed out of it last year, might of been the sophomore slump and a weak Florida team.
I almost forgot another great player as well who should be on this list Nichuskin. He also seems like a good option, big frame, good hands, and on possibly on a great line as well.
Call me crazy, but this is my top five order
Scheifele
Galchenyuk
Drouin
Huberdeau
Barkov
Well crap, Nich is in it now too... I think I put him at the top of my list.
