2014 TV Show Cancellations
So they have released what TV shows are getting canned (or simply ending as well) and what ones have been re-signed for the fall.
From what I can see, I lost three shows I regularly watch.
I lost Intelligence, Surviving Jack and Super Fun Night. The other ones that got cancelled I could care less about.
I was surprised to see Intelligence cancelled as I thought it had a pretty solid story line and following. Guess I was wrong.

Hmmm... I've never even heard of Intelligence or Surviving Jack.
The one canceled show that my wife & I watched occasionally was "Raising Hope".
I liked the goofy characters - and the dad (who played TWO roles on Deadwood) often wore a faded Washington Capitals shirt in scenes.
Ah nuts.

Looks like City TV is going to have to find new programming lol, pretty sure a lot of those shows are televised on City TV as well.
I'm also surprised that Intelligence was cancelled...I never actually watched it but it looked like an intriguing show.

Mixology is cancelled?
What a surprise. I thought an entire show based on one night's events might have a longer shelf life.

I like HIMYM as well, but this last season around the wedding seemed to drag on forever. I mean, how long were they at that damn hotel for??

I'm really going to miss Community. The last season was awesome with Harmon back, and I was really hoping for the mythical 6 seasons and a movie. But alas, 5 seasons is still amazing.
Also Crisis. I actually really liked the show. it wasn't anything crazy, but it was a nice hour of entertainment.

I'm going to miss HIMYM I liked it up until the last 5 minutes of the finale when they all of a sudden had to rush like mad. It was the first sitcom I can honestly remember being invested in to having to watch it every week.
I think it's funny how Friends with Better Lives was instantly cancelled as best I can tell it was CSB's attempt to replace HIMYM, similar idea (late 20s friends). I saw a few episodes and though it was terrible.
I also like the episodes of Mixology I've seen. I like the premise that it's simply about hooking up at a bar for 1 night. Not sure if it was cancelled so much as it was only supposed to be 1 season.
I'm glad Modern Family and Shark Tank are back, love both of those shows.
I also think its amazing CSI, Law & Order: SVU and Two and Half Men are all still running despite having turned over so much of their respective original casts.
