Who is more expendable?

It's for the team in my sig, sim league so a player's value is very close to what he's worth in the real NHL. (we negociate our own contracts)

The following players are in my farm and have played in the NHL this year (all season for some, call-ups for others, more than 1 season for a few), so I'll likely have no other choice than to move some up, which would give me too many forwards.

J.Schroeder
C.Sceviour
B.Gibbons
Matt Fraser
J.Silfverberg

So basically want I want to know is : if you take a look at my team. Knowing that my top 6 and RyJo are set for next year, that Bozak wil be gone and that I have to promote the players I mentionned (thus having too many forwards), who do I trade? (Doesn't necessarily have to be one of the kids, if you think they'll do a better job than someone on my roster, let me know).

Way too many words here, very confusing.

If you just want to cut a guy, Brian Gibbons for me.
I don't see him fitting long-term in PIT and haven't seen enough to suggest he'll make it elsewhere.

If you are looking for trade value, Silfv is the only guy I can see other teams liking (he's had upside discussion).
Possibly Schroder, who I actually know very little about and can't grade.

I like Sceviour and Fraser - and I'd recommend keeping them on your team in real-NHL-value.

Gibbons is my choice as well. Too much uncertainty. Besides that, he has the least amount of upside.
