Looks like on a line with the slumping Saad and Smith

I'd be cautiously optimistic about his debut, and his rookie season next year.
It takes a few years for these guys to get comfortable with the speed and size of a NA game.
No points or shots for Teuvo last night, but he did go 7/7 at the dot.

I think his success in the faceoff dot will go a long way to winning the confidence of Quennville. He won't repeat that every night, but if he is better than 50% on a regular basis, he might really be that 2nd line C they have been searching for. He was pretty good in his own end. I am sure the offense will come as he adjust to the NA pace and style of play, as others have suggested. All in all, a pretty good start for him. Hopefully the end of this season sets him up nicely for the next season.

I've missed both Chicago games since TT.
Someone give me an update. I noticed he was playing first PP yesterday. How did he look.
The Hawks offense has looked poor overall the last couple games with getting blanked twice in the last 3 games. TT is getting very sheltered minutes and has been on the 3rd line with mainly Saad and Ben Smith. The PP has been doing nothing and TT has not stood out. They are having such a problem getting into the zone without Kane who excels in that area. Keith is primarily bringing up the puck on the PP1 and he has consistently had trouble entering the zone. For as brilliant as Keith is in his own zone, he is brutal carrying the puck over the redline while on the PP.
But overall, TT has been solid even though he hasn't scored any points. He was 7-0 in FOs in his first game but he lost more than he won against the Bruins. His line has not been getting outplayed and he hasn't made any glaring errors. The commentators have been drooling over his hockey IQ and point to the subtle, smart plays that he is making. Hope it helps.
