If you are rebuilding, I'd definitely see what sort of trade value Mike Green has. I am not sure he'll fit into your plans long term.
I just read the post again and I see you have some players now highlighted in red. If the players in red are your keepers, I don't see any reason why Schwartz would be a keeper over any of JvR, Brown or Hartnell. I might even keep Richards and Elias over him. Schwartz isn't a keeper on your roster.
