    Default Cutler or...Brees?

I picked up Cutler early to be my BYE week replacement for Brees in week 7 (Bears @Redskins), but his recent play and juicy matchup has made me consider starting him this week.

    Cutler vs Giants
    or
    Brees @Patriots?

I know NE is playing some stingy D and Saints are on the road but I don't think I'd ever sit Brees for Cutler. Youre just asking for trouble by doign that.

Instant headache from your own fist striking your forhead

that is the result of sitting the Mighty Drew Brees in favor of Mr. Cutler.

    Choose wisely.

You have to play Brees every week over Cutler regardless of the matchup. Even if Cutler puts up more points, oh well, it happens sometimes, but you can't sit a guy like Drew Brees ever. No more of these nonsense questions That's like asking if you should sit AP against Seattle to play Chris Johnson or DeMarco Murry against Jagaurs. You just don't do it....Don't sit your top players. Playing the matchups is only a good strategy if the guys in question are roughly similar. While Cutler is good, he is not roughly similar to Brees.

I'm going to pile on here because it warrants repeating ... just don't sit Drew Brees. Only exceptions I can really think of are if (a) one of his limbs falls off (and even then maybe not if it's just his left arm); or (b) the conditions he will be playing in are so bad that the weather channel people pack up and leave the scene. Other than that, set it and forget it.
