I just finished my draft in my second pool (not the team below). Regular roto league categories (hits, PIMs, blocks, +/-, FOW, FOL, G, A, Specialty points, PIMs). 6 forwards, 4 defense, 2 goalies and 9-11 bench. I'm over the cap by close to $10,000,000. I need to shed some salary. What should I do?

I know I can drop two guys and bring my number to 21. However, I don't want to drop some of my better players (even though they make $3+/year). I can try trading, but 11/12 teams in my pool our over the cap as well.
