I could definitely see him as a PPG play this year.

Something like 35GP and 35 points.

Yeah, I definitely think he has the talent to put those sort of numbers up

RNH will round into an 80-90 point player over time. This year he's probably 50-60

Eventually he'll be a pont-per-game guy, but probably not this year.

I own RNH and people are trying to offer me things like Stephan and farm picks for RNH or Pavel Dats for RNH. I am going for the win this year so I am tempted. But don't want to lose a stud either

If you are going for it, I think the Dats trade is solid. You definitely gain this year and probably next as well and by that time Galyenchuk will be a near RHN in value. See if you can get a pick or pick upgrade thrown in.

Why do that now? Why not just wait until the trade deadline, when he has a much better sense of how everyone is faring? RNH will have a ton of trade value at the deadline, so I see no reason why the OP should trade him right now...

    1. He is going for the win this year.
    2. RHN is sounding like he will miss the first month.
    3. Limited keepers (11).
    4. Datsyuk has been better than a point per game for 6 of the last 8 seasons and very close to that the other 2.
    5. RHN is a win later proposition.

win now i would do this, or stepan + for pick upgrades.

shoeless, is the gap between datsyuk and stepan that big? i mostly play points only, so i don't know how the other stats factor in here.

Is he a buy low in keepers? - I guess it depends on the GM who owns him and how he perceives his value of Nuge. I own him in a couple leagues and I won't sell him low because I am looking at long term value, not todays value. The GM in your league may think otherwise. Its worth trying to buy low but don't be surprised if it doesn't work out for you.

PPG numbers? - Tough to say. There are few PPG players out there. Nuge has the skills to do it, and he certainly has the surrounding cast that will help propel him in that area. Its certainly a possibility but as I say, there are few out there who can do it and do it consistently.
