I had 7th overall pick, was hoping one of the top 6 would slip and thankfully the 4th overall guy took Lundqvist, giving me Giroux. Heres my team.

I was THRILLED to get Mack in the 5th round. I feel like my top 5 picks are the best in the league, with my team being right up there with the contenders. My defence could use some help with depth, but every round there was so much value with forwards to turn them down.

Anyways, let me know what you think. I have a month to make some moves with what I have so far.

Looking good - quite surprised MacKinnon slipped to the 5th round - that is a steal. Quick in the 3rd round is very solid too.

How many do you keep at the end of the season?

Keep 15 and all of the farm.
Yea, Quick was the 4th goalie off the board after Lundy, Rask and Anderson(?).
I almost took him in round 2 but figured I could still get good value with Price or Rinne. He was still there for me so Im glad I snagged Neal.

Who did you draft in the 24th round? I can't tell if you traded that pick, or perhaps forgot to type in one extra guy to your roster.

Top 5? I think your top 6 are probably best in the league. Love Voracek in the 6th round. Wheeler, Hartnell, and Fleischmann were nice picks too.

While I like Quick and Lehtonen as your starting goalies, I would look for someone other than Mason as your 3rd goalie considering Lehtonen's injury history.

I would love to see how your first 6-7 rounds ended up.. Would you be able to quickly just throw them up??

1st round: Crosby, Malkin, Stamkos, etc, etc..

Ramo is still available but I worry he will destroy my peripherals in Calgary.
