Who should i pick up with 3rd overall in keep 6 NFL league?

Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1DEF, 1K

My keepers:
Newton, RG3, MJD, Ridley, J. Nelson, Colston.

I dont have a very strong team and was forced to keep 2 QB's.. only other option was ballard and he has no value..

my question is, who should I pick with my 3rd overall selection in the draft?
notables are..

RB's: Lamar Miller, Bell, Ball, Lacy, Vereen, Mendenhall, Bernard, Ivory
WR's: Brown, Decker, Welker, Shorts, Jones, DeSean Jackson, Tavon Austin, Miles Austin, Harvin(dont mind that he's out for most of the season, i wont be competing this year)

Maybe if you guys can give me a ranking of your top ten from that list it would help me a lot.

Lamar Miller, Bell and Antonio Brown are the only 2 I would really consider at #3. Since Nelson could miss some time with his most recent injury, I would go with A Brown or Decker here..... I think you're team is actually pretty good for this type of league. I would try to package RG3 and the 3rd overall pick for a stud wr and a pick in round 2 or 3.

These guys should NOT be taken in the first round of your draft:

Austin x2, Djax, Jones (James I assume), Harvin

Look at trading Newton, or RG3. Both those guys I believe have good trade value. There isnt much out there for you.

I'd be looking at Welker first. The boy has big name value, and would be worth something to a contender I believe.

Welker, Jackson, Harvin, Austin, Austin, Miller, Mendenhall are the ones that are grabbing my attention now.

Lacy,Vereen,Decker

Lamar miller fell to me so I went with him for my 3rd overall pick. Mostly All the good WR's were gone for my next pick so I went with value/handcuf for Ridley and drafted Vereen. I also stashed Crabtree late in the draft to keep for next year. I tried to do the same with Harvin but someone picked him earlier on.

I'm gonna take the advice from you guys and try trading a QB to improve my WR situation. Probably RG3 as we have a huge redskins fan in the league. Let you guys know how that goes.

I'm pretty happy with the RBs and QBs (2 most important positions in fantasy) that I have though. Ridley, MJD, miller, vereen and newton, RG3. Lots of room to play around.
