I'll take the younger Drouin, because he has more of those critical 'puppy years' remaining. Players change significantly through to age 23.
Now that said, Tarasenko is in the NHL, and a breakout season should be in order...

Long term, I'd have to say Drouin.
St Louis has a ton of depth and we all saw last season how Tarasenko can get shuffled up in it. He has solid upside and skill but will the opportunity be there?
Drouin is walking into a gold mine of a situation. This kid is a fantastic point producer and will get to play and setup the leagues premiere scorer. How can this not be a dream for him.

Drouin by a good margin for me. Tarasenko has to share with everyone. Drouin only needs to hang out with Stamkos and MSL.

I would take Drouin.
They're 2 very good prospects, but I see Drouin getting more oportunities to produce in Tampa than Tarasenko in St.Louis. Plus playing with Stamkos doesn't hurt either.

I'm a Tarasenko guy but Drouin is the easy call here. Drouin and Stamkos will be electric. Tampa will be a fun place to watch hockey over the next decade.
