going into year #4 and we have 3 openings for MIN, WSH, and PIT

this is a 30 team, multi-cat league full of experienced owners and we're looking for long-term replacements.....we have a really strong, active group of GMs and a great Commisioner(definitely one of the most reasonable,active, and fair you'll come across)
