Ike Davis vs Chase Headley

I currently own Headley, Pablo Sandoval and Manny Machado for my third baseman. We start one 3B but we also have a roster spot for CI. Right now I have plenty of depth at 3B.
My 1B situation is far from stellar. I currently have Garrett Jones as my one and only 1B available to me. I also own Tex but hes still on the DL.
I have put either KuFu Panda or Headley on the block and looking for a similar quality 1B in return. The only bite I have received in the past couple weeks was today when someone offered me Ike Davis for Headley.
Who has faith that Davis can turn it around? Would anyone here deal Headley for him? My initial reaction was hell no but I dont see many others stepping up to make any offers? Should I stand pat and hope another offer comes rolling in??

Thanks for the replies guys. Rep to you both for taking the time to read and offer your opinions. I agree, Davis is off to a slow start but this is a keeper league so I thats what made me do a double take.
I'm told him I was thinking about it and would get back to him. The way Davis is playing I dont think he's in a hurry to do anything and I doubt anyone else is beating his door down for him right now either.
