    Default Forward Waiver Help

I made a trade which got me St. Louis, but opened up a roster spot. My team was lacking grit so I picked up Neil. I have a nice balance amongst roster positions now, but I'm really interested in both Latendresse and Bennett who are on the wire. I wouldn't pick up a LW without dropping another, same with RW.

Long story short, would you rather own Neil and Fleischmann or Latendresse and Bennett?

Out of curiosity, what is the process to get guys from FA onto your farm? I could see sliding Bennett down there for Cervenka maybe - I would hold onto Eakin for now to see how he pans out, C is likely your soft spot.

If you need grit then you don't want to stray away from Neil - Latendresse is risky business in my mind.

To directly answer your question: Neil and Flash for me.

If this is about this year, then it's pretty much an easy decision, you need grit, you got grit. And I'd take Flash over Landresse pretty much any day. If your building, then Bennett is certainly enticing and might be worth a shot but that is rolling the dice and there are likely better options out there for you. If you can find a way to snag Bennett and not hurt your current roster then by all means, but sticking with what you have right now is currently your best option.

stay away from Latendresse, and keep Flash. Latendresse looks good but is too soft IMO and is another good hit from being out for the year. Neil is not what he used to be, but still puts up good PIM
