Ovi/Backstrom Trade question - killin me!

Hi Folks, pondering the following trade - would love some insight:

Keeper league (allowed to keep 5 fwds, 3 D and 1 G).
Salary cap league

Him:
Ovechkin
Damien Brunner
Raphie Diaz (hurt)

Me:
Nicklas Backstrom (C, not G)
Heatley
Oliver Ekman Larson

I am considering saying yes because OEL hits 5.5M next year, Backstrom is still suffering from the neck injury (I think), and I HOPE Ovi will make a decent return - but is still a top 5 goal scorer. Brunner is playing great hockey, is cheap and young to keep, and Diaz is the offset to Heatley who I am dropping this month anyway..

Why its hard? Backstrom and OEL.. but, they account for 11.5M in salary, Ovi, Brunner and Diaz are 12M.

If you think Ovi can rebound, then make the deal. I don't have the same faith as you, and if he doesn't rebound, then you're stuck with a huge cap hit.
