With your group of keepers, I feel comfortable saying that you are nowhere near a rebuild phase. Keep Parise. Combined with your other keepers, gives you the best shot for the next three years.
If this were me I'd try first to move E Kane for the nuge. Parise > Evander

I have tried... and would if i could, but seems the owner is rather high on nuge... so im trying to asses what would be worth me moving, while still keeping my team competitive.
you are rebuilding this year you said
personally i think that the difference between rnh and parise will be negligible next season and then past that rnh will begin to separate himself from parise
