Hey guys! Looking to fill my farm system with on of the 2 guys available. Thing is we are only allowed prospect from 2009 to present to draft and both of these guys are on there cut year. If you had a choice from

who would you pick? which one impacts better and has the better upside. Also what one cracks the team faster!
