MAF is going to be one of my sleepers if I ever have a draft for this year. I still think he has elite stuff left regardless of the team he plays for.
Marc-Andre Fleury
Miikka Kiprusoff

Close one here, have to go with Kipper though.

I like these better when you really have to think about the choice.
I went with Kipper here. As I said, tough choice but I think looking at the overall numbers at seasons end, I think Kipper comes out ahead. He doesnt have someone like Vokoun chomping at the bit for playing time behind him. There is no doubt who the man is in Calgary and he is still one of the better "fantasy" goalies out there.
Theres also no questioning that MAF is a top goalie but I think Vokoun will steal a lot of his starts. He's no Brent Johnson who will fill in 10-15 games. In the end, that will affect his fantasy numbers for this season.

If saves were a category, Kipper wins this. Without Saves, Fleury wins.
Still going with Fleury......even if Vokoun takes 25 starts, MAF should still win as many games as Kipper. He's had back-to-back years with pretty solid stats, 2.32 and 2.36....918 and .913.
Kipper has been up and down for years now. One season he'll go 2.35 and .921, the next he'll go 2.63 and .906.....2.31 and .920, 2.84 and .903. Those are his last 4 seasons. Fleury has had a Sv% under .912 once since 2007, Kipper's had it that low 3 times.
I'm expecting a drop in wins this year from MAF, to the point where Kipper probably beats him in that category by a small margin. But with the added rest from Vokoun being there I think MAF will get a boost in the counting stats. So it's MAF for me.
