I'd probably do what you said...as a guy like Bartschi has a lesser chance IMO of staying out there on the wire.
That's how I see it personally.
Team in sig. We had our rookie/waiver draft on Saturday and I got Yak, Wheeler, Fowler, Nabokov, Hamilton, Atkinson and Wolski. Then put Hall, Hossa, and Burns on my IR and snagged Zajac, Bartschi, and Elliot from the wire. Gonna have to drop 2 forwards and a D man by the time the season starts (to take the three IR players off IR), just wondering who you would drop? Initial thoughts are Wolski, Atkinson, and whichever 1 of Hamilton or Elliot that doesn't make the team, but maybe keep Wolski or Atkinson over Bartschi?

That's what I was thinking too. Would you drop Zajac over Atkinson or Wolski?
Been trying, not a lot of value available
I just can't advocate hanging onto a guy like Wolski over Zajac. Every year we think Wolski can go back to being a 50+ point guy when he lands a decent gig but he always somehow finds himself back in the press box.
I would drop Wolski, Atkinson and Hamilton.
Despite all the hype, its going to be difficult for Hamilton to make the Bruins this upcoming season.
Elliott will have no problem cracking the Avs lineup, he looked good last year and they need his offensive skills.
