    This is a great thread.
To bad it is not a regular column.
We could feature 5 guys a week or month and spotlight them in a column.
Maybe go from like 2000 until now.
Their are alot of prospects guys have in my league that are most likley done.
I just think it would be kinda of a cool feature.

To be honest, it\'s difficult to really write prospects off.
Sometimes players can just break out of a funk and \"get it\". Some just take forever to get to the bigs(Jeff Finger anyone?)

I mean, I was high on Tony Romano before this season. Now...not as much, but I can still see the talent. I think his confidence took a hit when he wasn\'t immediately placed on a top line in a surprisingly strong London team that was pegged to be a cellar dweller this season. It was a strange move in terms of his development, but e\'s far from done.

Marek Zagrapan in Buffalo has one...maybe two years left to prove himself. he was a long term project to begin with but he has yet to really pay dividends to the minor league roster. His play improved towards the end of the season, so I\'m thinking he might right the ship next season, but if he starts off slow I\'ll bump his NHL odds down to 10%. Unless he does real well in a callup.

Lukas Kaspar was supposed to be a hard working, fast skating scorer for San Jose but he can\'t find his touch in the AHL, and hasn\'t really done enough to warrant a call-up session. He wasn\'t supposed to take this long. Next year\'s his last chance of being considered for his potential. Anything after that, and he\'ll have to earn a bottom pairing spot as a grinder, defensive player. That...probably won\'t happen. His two way play is nice, but he takes too many games off.

    There\'s 3 more
I\'d say their chances are 50%, 20% and 15% respectively.
