Picks 2,3,4,10 overal

Hey Dobber team,

Im a consistant Dobber site visitor but not too much of a contributor, thought id throw out a question for our up coming draft.

How do you rank these guys available at the Draft? Considering my team still has another year of maturing before I compete.

My biggest issue at the moment is my goaltending. This i know and plan to rectify in the coming year, maybe see what i can do in the draft.

Joffery Lupol (not my favorite, but looks great with Kessel) i have JVR so that duo could be good
Jakob Silfverberg (SEL top player but can he translate)
Adam Henrique (could play with Kovy, who i also have)

Justin Schultz (have R.Whitney so ione of the 2 will produce with the kids)
Slava Voynov (looks like a great 2nd ppq in LA)
Justin Faulk (have McBain, log jam a D in CAR)

Mike Smith - great system in PHO but do they have any players to play it?
Brian Elliott - would be a good idea to hancuff my Halak
Brayden Holtby - would take him but not in a top 4 pick (wont be there at 10)
Josh Harding - should take Backstroms starting job within the next 2 years
Devan Dubnyk - #1 in oiltown is his to lose
Ben Bishop - will get a shot when Anderson gets hurt
Victor Fasth - will get some time to show what hes got for a 30yr old vet from overseas

Here are my current plans: 4 picks in top 10

1 - Yakupov (he will be taken, this is known)
2- Galchenyuk
3- Schultz
4- Grigorenko? Bartschi? Lupol? Goaltender??

10-Goaltender?? Lupol (should still be around)??

Should i trade down from 4?

I would definitely take mike smith with the no3 pick (instead of shultz) , or maybe take holtby with the no4 pick

You said you need to upgrade goalie position , but you dont take a lot of steps in that directions from what I see

I really like Mike Smith. Dubnyk and Holtby are also excellent guys to snag. If you can gauge how popular Smith is in your league, try to find a way to draft him. And keep in mind that part of what you're buying into with Smith is a Dave Tippett team which is going to be super stingy defensively, similarly to how you'd buy into a Nashville goalie playing in a defensive system.

I like Baertschi. Lupul is meh but could end up being good trade bait. I like Faulk as a short term option on D.

I really like Baertschi, Lupul, Smith, Schultz, and Faulk from that list. If I were drafting I'd probably do...

10. Schultz/Faulk

I'll go with (in no particular order ) Bartschi, Dubnyk, and Holtby.
I'd even be tempted to take Smith instead of Bartschi and mess with your league...sit tight and force a trade if you can carry all the G's.
If you can draft only 1 G then I'd go with Holtby over Dubbie and then takr Schultz.
I think you'll get Silfverberg with the 10th.
