The funny thing is that this delay could wind up being key to my pumping out my profile on a certain defenseman that will at worst be an honourable mention on his list. Unfortunately I've been too caught up in March Madness to get to finishing that bloody article.

Im guessing part of this list will highly depend on who is still considered to be a prospect and who's "graduated".
According to the prospects rankings on this site for the month of February, players like OEL, Shattenkirk and McBain are still there.
If they haven't "graduated" yet then I would definitely include those three names in this list somewhere near the top. That being said, here's my guess in no particular order:
