    His ribs hurt.

    He may miss another week.

    Jan 3 Cammalleri (ribs) is expected to miss more time than originally anticipated after the injury was determined to be a cartilage strain, the LA Daily News reports.

    Recommendation: Kings netminder Jason LaBarbera faced a similar injury earlier this year and was sidelined for two weeks. Cammalleri\'s been sidelined since December 22 and isn\'t ready to set a time frame on his return. We\'ll keep you updated but be prepared to be without Cammalleri for next week.

    Jan 14 Cammalleri (ribs) was placed on injured reserve Monday.

    Recommendation: He has missed the last nine games with a rib injury. The move is retroactive to December 22, when Cammalleri was first injured. In 36 games for the Kings, Cammalleri has 15 goals and 14 assists.

    These guys are killing me. When will he play is all I want to know...

    The last update was on the 15th and that was that he had a limited practice. I don\'t know either. They said last weekend.

    The guy is like a magic 8 ball - Probably, outlook seems favorable, unclear...

    I decided to go to a website that simulates a Magic 8 Ball and asked about Cammi for this weekend - the answer was definitely! :laugh:

    It would be nice to have a bit more confirmation though as I only have 1 IR spot and that klutz Williams will be on it for the next 6 weeks? It would be nice to drop him for Shanny and place Cammi on the IR.
