AM certainly the favourite but still about 1/3 of the season to go. if he gets to 60 though, will be difficult for voters to not pick him

For the first time since Hall, it looks like a legit "Most Valuable Player to His Team" will win MVP between Shesterkin, Matthews and the No1 player in the world.

I’d be surprised if Shesterkin were even a finalist.

Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Jack Campbell is out a minimum of two weeks with a rib injury; the team has called up goaltender Erik Kallgren on an emergency basis: http://tsn.ca/1.1768634

I know Mrazek had some pads made up for sunday's game, but I never saw Campbells. Wonder if this has been lingering and he held off just in case.

I wonder if that's been something that's caused him to fall off the map. It sucks it's a min of 2 weeks and then reevaluate, but hopefully it heals up quickly. He might even need the mental break too.

I am curious for Mrazek's performance when he will be the only starter for a strech of games. Because his performance so far this year is meh (that's why I didnt pick him up today after the news).

Leafs shouldn't need the refs to win vs the Coyotes but omg, the refs decided they weren't going to do anything to help the Leafs last night. It wasn't just the Matthews missed call, they looked the other way constantly with things that happened towards Bunting.

Like I said the Leafs should still win even in last nights scenario but omg. You can't have this reffing BS. And having the analysts after the game say, "Oh ya that's OT tho you can't expect anything in OT. You can't call a penalty in OT" It's so dumb!

There was 1 penalty in the whole game. And it was the challenge by Keefe. Like omg. That's the legit best way to judge if a game was reffed correctly.

I like how long the linesman was in the skating path for too https://youtu.be/86GP-wu-EYQ?t=476. Linesman like froze for a solid amount of time.

Here's another point in the video that shows how long the linesman just skated back and didn't go sideways. I dunno. Just seemed like what could go wrong did.https://youtu.be/86GP-wu-EYQ?t=453

the leafs fan in my hockey pool was ..... not thrilled to say the least. the 1mph whiff shot to score was..........lol

on the bright side, leafs salvaged a point and auston extended his lead for the rocket.

refs have bad games. the difference is that the refs dont have to talk to the media when that bs happens haha

Yup, and yet the reporters are allowed to ask the players their thoughts on the reffing then the league penalizes them for being honest. Dumb system.
