Thanks ross. I'll do that then. What should I name it? I was thinking about calling it SharkBitten or something like that or should I just go at naming it from a different angle? I may have to use one of those images of a great white nailing a seal and lifting it out of the water in it's mouth.

Yeah, I feel like Havlat is creating opportunities and this is why I keep coming back to it. I don't think Marleau fits this team anymore as he's more of a secondary piece to any line. he's not what makes the lines great anymore. Thornton and Pavelski play well together. Marleau has an assist tonight, which is nice.

So far Sharks have done well with their puck possession for the most part. I haven't seen too many breakdowns in their own end, yet.

I'd be much happier with Havlat if he could just stay healthy. He's really a good player then.

A good win by the Sharks. Great game winning goal by Winnik. The Sharks pretty much dominated the puck possession and skated hard most shifts. A couple bad plays here and there and that's not what impressed me. It's the fact that Boston brought it back to a 1 goal game and the Sharks didn't just wilt and roll over. They actually appeared to play with heart and kept playing and didn't just play "eek out the win". They kept playing hard and that's really a good sign. The road is still uphill, but if they keep this up, they still have a shot.

    I hear you kluu.

Hopefully I can convince the in-laws to put the game on tonight as I'll be over there. If so, I'll be watching closely and ignoring family drama ha ha! Hope there's beer!

Oh and I've been posting on the blog so check it out folks!

McLellan said something about playing 'free' tonight. I dont know the exact context but I hope we play REALLY loose tonight instead of what seems like a 'tight knit' system. more freestyle, unpredictablity, creativity PLEASE!

    sharks are playing FAST.

Do you have to follow the blog to comment on them?

Tonight's game was crazy. The Sharks looked terrible in the first half of the game as they were constantly being pushed back by the Kings who were like little demons out there. The fights were great, 2 Gordie Howe Tricks and one of those I'm going to call a Clowe Trick. Make that 2 fights, a goal, and an assist.

The 3rd period alone was gold. 5 goals in that period.

Mitchell was hit hard from behind and should have at least been an interference call as he no longer had the puck.

Cheap cheap shot from Clifford on Couture (hope he gets suspended)

Clowe redirecting puck in final minutes when Kings had puck (did I mention Clowe was on the bench and used his stick to do so?). That should have been an interference call, but Sharks got lucky there, but got had other calls not go their way earlier, so I guess it kind of evens out, but I doubt Kings fans feel the same way.

I'll write up more on this game in my blog tomorrow as I'm tired and I had to take the baby to get shots today. Emotional day for me.

Oh and Sharks are in the playoffs. Looks like they'll be playing either VAN, STL, or CHI. That's not a fun matchup from any perspective. Have to admit, I'm thinking CHI would be their best bet, with maybe STL being the 2nd best due to lack of playoff experience with that club.

More like 2 fights, a goal, an assist and breaking up an odd man rush from the bench
