Default Direction changing trade - thoughts wanted

    Got a limited-time offer trade.

Keeper league, Forwards only, just points.

Team A( me): Giving up James Neal, Jamie Benn, and my First overall ( I most likely will finish last. Giving me 50% chance at 1st overall in the 3 man lottery for top 3)

    Team B: Kovalchuck

The reason I would want this trade -> I have 2 other first rounders (not as high), my second, and my third. We have a 20 man roster limit which I am already over by 1. So this helps me condense.
However, I peg Neal as a future PPG player, with Benn and Skinner potting at least 70 pts (call me crazy)
But, my team is kind of lacking top end talent other than Kaner. Here's my roster:

    Ryan Smyth
    Artem Anisimov
    Sergei Kostitsyn
    Nikolai Kulemin
    Rich Peverley
    Tyler Myers
    Tyler Seguin
    Alexander Steen
    Max Pacioretty
    Michael Cammalleri
    Patrick Kane
    Phil Kessel
    James Neal
    Brian Gionta
    Ryane Clowe
    Niclas Bergfors
    Jamie Benn
    James van Riemsdyk
    Duncan Keith

So it's clear I need a little bit of offensive power.
    Thanks for the help guys.

What is a first pick worth in your league? But it's sure that you're getting the best player.
    6 teams, keeper, 12 Forwards, 6 Dmen, 2 Goalies and 5 Benched.
Points only (2 for goals by Dmen)
Limit of 3 seasons per player and salary cap of 93M.

Names in red are on their third seasons

F: Neal, Kadri, Hodgson, Backstrom, Conacher, Ribeiro, Hall, Zetterberg, Patrick Kane, Tavares, Kessel, Duchene
D: Boyle, Kronwall, Pietrangelo, Subban, Weber, OEL
    G: Smith, Howard
    B: Tarasenko, Muzzin,Enstrom, Bobrovsky

Because last place isn't guaranteed first overall (50% chance) it isn't worth THAT much, but a lottery pick is valuable in our league.

Last year was the first time a bottom three pick was dealt. IT ended up being the 2nd overall pick and this was the trade : Cammalleri, 1st rounder 2010 for Kopitar, E. Kane, Filpulla

So it holds a bit of value, but every year it changes. Our poolies generally prefer to have assets like Kopi or Semin (was traded for 4 first rounders) than actual picks.
