Will he have any fantasy value in the future? Does he have a chance at being the big right handed shot on PP1? He put up decent numbers in junior and his short stint in the AHL.

I see this thread is getting old, but I was wondering the same thing. He seems to be getting a really good shot in NYI, and playing on the top pairings consistently. Plus, he is getting great pp time, and putting up decent numbers for a rookie. Is he worth keeping over OEL?

He can be a top PP guy with his shooting ability but will need a partner that can handle the puck on the PP efficiently (i.e. Streit). Right now, there really arent any PP QB types on that team. If you need proof, watch last night's scoring highlights of Hamonic's 3 pts. None were cheap, all 3 goals were a result of his play.

In line with my Seabrook comparison - not a fantastic puck mover, but physical and can hammer the puck. Nice call Dukla. I agree with your take.

Thanks for the reply guys. I am really starting to like Hamonic, and I think once Streit is back, he could produce pretty good numbers. His salary would help in my cap league. That is as positive an outlook as I could hope for.
