    Who would you rather have?
    I am leaning towards dropping A. Babchuk and picking up J. Boychuk!

    I think Babchuk is the better option. With Chara resigned in Boston, Boychuk will never be the top guy. Plus, Seidenberg and perhaps now even Kampfer will eat away at Boychuk's meaningful minutes, particularly on the PP.

    Yes, Babchuk also has players in front of him, but he also has a 15 goal season in the past, which Boychuk has yet to show he can accomplish.

    Also, Boychuk is counted on more as a true defenseman, whereas Babchuk is a more one dimensional offensive player. That means even if Boychuk players 3 or 4 more minutes per game than Babchuk, a lot of the extra time could be on the PK, where his stats won't benefit.

    I'd keep Babchuk. He is most certainly the better option. I don't ever, in any format, see Boychuk being a good fantasy play.
