Yahoo. H2H, standard cats, 10 teams. Currently in 1st... Just flipped Halak for Downie (wanted the PIM plus decent scoring #'s).

Sit tight on Pavelec or drop him for: Crawford, Niemi, Rolo?

Try to flip him for an under-performing goalie? Or even another skater and live with 2 solid G's?

Your team is very solid all around, not really any problem areas (except maybe wins lately). I probably wouldn't outright drop Pavelec, I'd try and flip him for a forward and then pick up Crawford. Atlanta looks like they may be starting to slow.

But, with Crawford sitting on the wire, another GM may not even bother dealing with you for Pavelec since they could pick Crawford up for free.

True- you do not LIKE to drop a good player outright, but if you cannot move him and other managers seem to be coasting- the question remains: drop Pavelec for Crawford? You want the best guy regardless of how another manager gets your chaff. Who is better rest of way- Pavelec or Crawford?

Personally, I think Chi is the better team in front of their goalie which may be reason enough. Thoughts?

What about Rolo? or Niemi?
