McBain vs Shattz

Who would you guys rather have in a keeper league? and who has the higher ceiling down the road?

I've seen them both play live this season and Shattenkirk definitely seems to have a bit more upside. However, when I saw the Canes play here, McBain was limited to under 18:00 and very little PP, was Shattenkirk was right in the middle of his torrid start...tons of PP time and overall, he was all over the ice.

Lately, it's been the other way round..McBain is seeing way more ice and putting up points, while Shattenkirk is a bit banged up and struggling mightily at both ends.

I guess if I had a choice though, I'd still go for Shattenkirk (even though I have McBain on my squad).

i think shattenkirk is the better of the two. and as far as from a fantasy stance i think he is in the better position (better/more offensive team, not as much competition). put me down for shatz.

but i would not shy away from owning mcbain...
